What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop and validate MES solution (Syncade and/or Pas-x)

  • Assist and participate in all aspects of MES project implementation (recipe design, interface development, documentation, testing, requirement gathering).

  • Troubleshoot and assist clients with resolving application problems including installing software hot fixes.

  • Configure manufacturing execution systems, manufacturing intelligence tools, process control system historians and interfaces between these systems and enterprise resource planning systems.



What we are looking for:


  • Bachelors Degree in Computer, Automation, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Software development skills in programming, analysis, design, methodology, and architecture.

  • Minimum 3 years experience, 5-10 years preferred.

  • Must be willing and able to travel throughout CA, AZ, NV

  • Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.



Preferred:


  • Coursework or experience in the biological sciences, biotechnology and/or biomechanics engineering is preferred

  • Experience in industrial software services functions

  • Knowledge of DCS or MES systems and their use in the process industry is a plus

  • Experience with

    Pas-x / Syncade / Pharmasuite or POMS


  • Exposure to enterprise level large-scale applications

  • Experience with ERP interfacing (e.g. SAP) or other level 4 solutions is a plus.

  • Software development using databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle



    Travel:


    Up to 30 % travel, including some overnights.
