Customer can leverage IoT solutions, machine monitoring, custom applications, even augment existing systems and use their platform to integrate multiple disparate software solutions they already struggle with.

As a Solution Engineer Level 3, you will take on project leadership roles. You will be taking full responsibility for the details of the project, helping to plan sprints with detailed work, develop specification documents and mentor the other SE’s working on projects to ensure timely completion of them. You will work on company objectives, such as develop new “off the shelf” applications that customers can install into their Fuuz environment based on your extensive industry knowledge and expertise. You maybe in this role for a period of 2-3 years. 

Responsibilities:

• Work on projects of high complexity

• Take the role of Technical and/or Business Lead on multiple concurrent projects

• Contribute to the development and quality deliverables for Enterprise services

• Troubleshoot, debug and test new features

• Maintain documentation for newly written code and features

• Support junior staff and provide direction and guidance as well as ensure adherence to specifications

• Build process flow diagrams and project specifications based on customer input

• Create flows, documents, data structures and integrations

• Develop Specification Documents to describe project deliverables to the team

• Work directly with end users/ customers to define requirements for projects

• Effectively communicate requirements to the engineering team, should enhancements be necessary

• Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure timely delivery of projects under your control

• Mentor more junior team members with your knowledge and experience

• Design and deliver functional “apps” that can be deployed within customer environments

• Use the system tools, to produce deliverables based on customer needs

• Participate fully in all team activities

Experience:

• Prior experience in related field like IT/OT for at least 5 years

• Experience creating and troubleshooting integrations and data flows

• Working with various orchestration tools

• Experience with data models, data queries and data integrity techniques

• Experience with integrations

• Experience working with end users to develop specifications

• Experience working with various hardware/infrastructure such as printers, barcode printing, handheld scanners

• Experience working with Jsonata and GraphQL, JavaScript

• Some experience scripting, VB, Python, etc.

• Industry experience, working with Manufacturing, Distribution, Fintech and other channels

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree Preferred

• Interest in system integration

• Demonstrated capability working with data and logic

• Demonstrated familiarity with web technologies

• Excellent Communication skills verbal and written

• Ability to conduct professional meetings/discussions internally and externally

• Result oriented and schedule driven

• Troubleshooting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Personal projects completed that related to our field or technology

• Understanding of basic IT / OT principles

• Experience with tools such as Node-Red, Kepware, OPCUA, IoT

• Experience with no/low code solutions or iPaaS like boomi, zapier, mulesoft

• Experience with web design tools, Content Management, site design, user experience

• Experience with Enterprise systems like Plex, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or others

 Salary level is $90,000-115,000 plus bonus and benefits. This role is fully remote.
