Our Client is a growing Services and Consulting company with offices across Europe and North America. 

To support their growth we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new colleague to join their Data team in Madrid, Spain.

The work you’ll be doing:

• Execute Data Historian Operational intelligence projects worldwide.
• Most of the time you work from our office in Madrid or remotely or at the customer site.
• Willing to travel to customer sites. 
• Affinity with industrial processes and manufacturing environments.

‍The wishlist for our Pi Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, data science or IT, or equivalent level of knowledge through experience
• Manufacturing & Industry experience
• Experience in MOM/MES applications or in Data Historian/ PI System is a plus.
• MES software integration with ERP systems is not required but a plus.
• Understanding automation systems (DCS, PLC’s SCADA and Batch Execution systems) is not required but a plus.
• Good communication skills to understand customer needs
• You have a customer-focus view
• Ability of planning and prioritizing projects under pressure
• A team-player who is stress-resistant and flexible
• Excellent command of English and Spanish (knowledge of another European language is a plus)
• You are a European citizen or have a valid long-term European work and stay permit
