The business is hiring an MES Integration Engineer as part of a strategic team expansion:
One senior-level engineer, ideal for someone ready to step into a player-coach role, influence team direction, and move toward formal or informal leadership.

Designing and delivering full-cycle integrations using the their platform (eliminating the need for external iPaaS tools).
Scoping, quoting, and supporting pre-sales conversations alongside solutions and sales teams.
Building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and custom connectors.
Working directly with customers to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
Supporting migrations away from legacy platforms like Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo.
Collaborating across MES, WMS, and IIoT teams — including exposure to PLCs, OPC UA, MQTT, and similar technologies.
Creating documentation and mentoring junior team members.
For This Role:
Strong knowledge of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data transformation).
Hands-on experience building integrations across MES, WMS, CMMS, or ERP systems.
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.
Comfort working with clients or cross-functional teams to scope and execute projects.
Bonus Experience:
Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Boomi, Celigo, Mulesoft, or Tibco.
Industrial integration experience (e.g. PLCs, SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT).
Experience with platforms like Ignition or similar.
Exposure to EDI flows and data formats.
Senior Role:
A seasoned MES integration engineer (5-7 years) who thrives in a builder environment, has informal leadership experience, and is looking to own more — whether through mentoring, technical influence, or future team management.
